Tony Brannen Jr.
My passion for construction hit me in my early years of high school. I was fortunate to work with many different organizations and charities that included new construction of homes, new roofing, windows, painting, etc. I was intrigued at what a bunch of volunteers could accomplish together, with the help of just a few experienced and trained people. It was then that I decided that I wanted to learn the craft of construction, but I didn’t want to just learn one aspect of it, I wanted knowledge in all phases of construction. After finishing high school, I was fortunate to have a job that allowed me access to just about all phases and trades of construction. I was like a sponge and soaked it all in and tried to learn and be involved in as much as I could.
Caulin Struyk
Caulin joined the Artisan team in 2017. He has over 10 years experience in the roofing industry in Colorado and has a proven record in dealing with insurance companies. You will love Caulin’s excitement while working together and he will do everything he can to make sure your insurance settlement is fair.
Kristy Smith
Kristy has over 10 years experience in project coordination in the roofing industry. In 2018 she joined the Artisan team as the Office Manager. In addition to being the Office Manager, she also coordinates all of our projects in the Florida market. If you need anything at all, regardless of which state you are in, Kristy will get it taken care of for you!
Craig White
Craig began his career in construction in 1986. Throughout this time, he has worn many different hats and has gained exceptional knowledge. In 2018 he made the move to Artisan, accepting the position of Superintendent and oversees all projects in Colorado. Craig will be at your property while the work is being completed and will make sure your property is left in excellent condition.
Greg Perry
Having grown up all over the United States, Greg has been happy to call Colorado his home for over half of his life. He began his career in the roofing industry with Artisan in 2018. Greg’s customers are always left feeling at ease due to his easy-going demeanor.
Ryall Struyk
Ryall is a Colorado native, starting his 3rd year with Artisan Construction and has 8 years of experience in the insurance/restoration industry. Ryall prides himself on customer service and making sure all of our customers are 100% satisfied with the services they receive.
Kim Tangeman
Kim started working in the roofing industry in 2007. She was taught by some of the best in the Residential and Commercial areas. She is very adamant about customer service being a number one priority. When she joined us in 2019, she took over project coordination for our Colorado market. Our customers always appreciate the time Kim takes with each one and you will always feel her compassion for you during your project.

Tony Sr. has over 25 years worth of experience as a Property Manager/Real Estate Broker. Having been born and raised in Panama City, his heart is in the community. After Hurricane Michael in 2018, he joined our team to help rebuild his hometown. The wellbeing of our customers and making sure they are safe and happy in their homes is his main concern.

While the majority of her duties are “behind the scenes”, Frances is vital in keeping everything organized. With a background in the Bay County School District, Frances decided to join our team, part time, as our Florida Office Administrator. Being born and raised in Panama City, she is excited to be part of a team helping rebuild the community.
